May 1, 2023 was a day to recognize the dedication and hard work of the workers at Carmel. On this special day, the workers were invited to the school auditorium amid a thundering applause. They were all given a handmade card which the students of Class 12 had made with all their love. The day began with a special prayer for the health and well-being of each worker and their families. The school choir sang a hymn, and they later sang some foot tapping medley of popular songs. The students of Class 12 had organized some fun games in which the workers took part enthusiastically. The workers got on stage to walk the ramp like models, meanwhile the students encouraged and appreciated them with loud clapping and cheering. Class 12 also presented various dances including a high energy bhangra. Each worker was given a gift, which was followed by a photo session and lunch.
