May 1, 2023 was a day to recognize the dedication and hard work of the workers at Carmel. On this special day, the workers were invited to the school auditorium amid a thundering applause, given a handmade card by students of Class 12. There were prayers, songs, dances and games. Later the workers got on stage to walk the ramp like models, drawing loud clapping and cheering. Each worker was given a gift, which was followed by a photo session and lunch
