February 2, 2024, was a really special milestone for the students of class XII, the batch of 2024. They completed their journey at Carmel and were given a loving farewell by the students of class XI. The sun shone bright to commemorate this very special day and the elegant young ladies wafted into the campus, draped in sarees of every hue. After the initial excitement of meeting everyone, the students settled in for prayers and intentions made especially for them by students of class XI, ma’am Rasandeep, ma’am Chandrawati, ma’am Sonia, the school manager Sister Sumita and Raj Kishori didi. The principal Sister Shanta addressed the students, motivated them and thanked them for their contribution towards the school. A medley of some of their favourite songs followed and some of the class XII students couldn’t resist singing along. A short skit featuring funny scenes from their favourite movies was next, followed by a really entertaining fusion qawwali with songs and dances. In the midst of all this entertainment, the class XII students participated enthusiastically in some interesting games organized by class XI. Raiza Goel assistant school pupil leader spoke about her journey at Carmel and shared some hilarious anecdotes. The students of class XII were then called on stage and given a title while they were presented with mementos. 

Each of the students got a packed lunch box and tons of memories to cherish, once a Carmelite, always an Ex-Carmelite!
