On the 16th of April, the Cadets organized an event for “Cadet Coffee Times”-a talk show founded in Carmel Convent School, Chandigarh. This edition of the talk show hosted some renowned personalities such as Gen. V.P. Malik, Mr. Vivek Atrey, Dr. H.K. Bali, Mrs. Neena Singh, Col. D. S. Cheema and Dr. Ranjana Malik.
The talk centered around the causes and prevention of anxiety and stress in school students.
Each speaker gave their insights and invaluable guidance on how students could improve their mental and physical well-being. Their advice was based on research, personal experiences and expertise and the students listened with rapt attention. Cadets Aanya Swami, Anamika Sharma, Aira Nautiyal, Mishika Goel, and NSS volunteers, Inayat Kaleja and Johret Sodhi along with Ma’am Preeti Swami were instrumental in making this event a success.
