The International Youth Day function held on August 12, 2024, at Carmel Convent School was a remarkable celebration of youth empowerment and engagement. The members of the Literary Club(Class X) organized this special day. The guests of honour at this occasion were Ex-Carmelites who are now excelling in various fields.

The function commenced with a prayer, after which all the guests were welcomed with bouquets and books as a token of love and appreciation. This was followed by some interesting and inspiring speeches by the guest speakers. Each one of them  shared their experiences and insights which emphasized the importance of youth involvement in community development and encouraged the attendees to be proactive in shaping their future. These sessions were well-received, providing valuable knowledge and practical skills to the students Carmel.
