On 2nd December 2024, students of classes V and VI attended a session “Mindfulness-The Friend Inside” which was conducted by Jyoti Solaria ( Mindfulness Coach and PoSH Consultant ). The session aimed to introduce young minds to the practice of mindfulness and the importance of breathing exercises in enhancing focus and emotional well-being. Ms. Solaria, with her extensive expertise, explained mindfulness as the ability to stay present in the moment. She shared practical tips for incorporating mindfulness into daily routines, such as mindful eating and mindful listening. She emphasised on how deep breathing can help in reducing stress. The practical tools shared during the session will help students build resilience and focus, equipping them with life skills essential for their overall growth.
A motivational and informative talk was conducted for Class X students on the 26th of November. The session aimed to provide effective strategies to excel in board exams. The focus was on guiding students to plan, prepare, and execute their study schedule with precision.
The overall response was positive, and students felt motivated to implement the strategies discussed to achieve better results in their board exams.
