At the beginning of the session 2025-2026, a brief orientation session was organized for the parents in the school auditorium from April 7-11, 2025. The sessions were organized to apprise the parents about the Apostolic Carmel Congregation, the vision and mission of the school, discipline and school rules, the academic calendar, the library app, sports and club options. The parents were also informed about the POCSO Committee, Students Grievances Redressal Cell, NCC, NSS and BSG. Each class teacher and the other staff members teaching the class were introduced to the parents.
