In the month of April, the kindergarten classrooms were abuzz with activities. First, they were introduced to the joys of gardening, starting with planting a seed. The tiny hands eagerly scooped soil into small pots, then carefully selected a seed, holding it delicately between her fingers, pressed it gently into the soil. After patting down the soil, they sprinkled water over their newly planted seeds.

Next, they were taught non flame cooking with some interesting recipes as the little ones in their chef’s attire looked every bit the part. 

Both activities created a lot of learning opportunities for the little ones. The hands-onactivities helped develop confidence and creativity. It also taught them to follow directions and develop problem-solving skills.
